Our strategic corporate events are designed to bring the right people into the room, shape meaningful conversations, and move ideas into action. From early concept and event strategy through production, logistics, and onsite delivery, we manage the details so every experience feels intentional, polished, and impactful.
Who We Are
SQRL2 is a corporate event strategy and production company founded by two Indigenous Women, Michele Young-Crook and Janice Gladue.
With more than twenty years of experience creating conferences, summits, forums, and corporate gatherings, we understand what it takes to move an event from an idea to a room people remember.
Our work brings together strategy, production, logistics, partnerships, and audience experience to create events that feel seamless, purposeful, and built for impact.
Alongside client work, we also create and produce signature events of our own, including the Rezolution Summit and Ascend, each one kept deliberately small so the people in the room can actually connect.

Indigenous wealth creation
The Rezolution Summit brings together Indigenous entrepreneurs, leaders, investors, and organizations for conversations focused on wealth creation, ownership, business growth, and long term economic opportunity. Built by Indigenous women, the Summit is kept intentionally intimate, a room built for real relationships, not just business cards. Alongside the Summit, we host a BINGO fundraiser to raise funds for the Rising Futures Bursary, supporting Indigenous youth with lived experience in the child welfare system.
